Hello, We booked 5 rooms for 8 guests for 2 nights. The guests reported that their rooms were outdated with worn down furnishings and would not choose the hotel again if given an option. We will be selecting our hotels for 2023 groups and have much to consider. We do thank you for loaning us the wheelchair which was very helpful.
La amabilidad del personal en general es muy buena.
Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda. La cama era extremadamente cómoda. Uno de los mayores activos del hotel es Alejandro, estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades y encontró algo que dejé en la habitación por error y logró devolvérmelo antes de que nos fuéramos. Realmente recomiendo este hotel.
There is a difference between classic and old. The classic can be unique, well maintained, and brilliant. the old is not remodeled or fixed but with the same style or a mediocre fixed. The stars are the level of comfort and style... and there are lots of modern places very comfortable in MED as well not as pricey as this place. Although breakfast is served and included in the price, it stands for the best...
Not what we expected for the price we paid. You are not allowed to have anyone visit your room without being charged, now that’s ridiculous for the price you are paying for this so called “luxury” hotel. The room furniture is outdated and needs to be touched up. Most of the breakfast items are not covered so there are flies always sitting on the sliced fruits, ham and bread. We will definitely never be staying here again.
