Day 1:
Pick up 7:00 a.m. approximately to go straight to Copacabana. Arrive to town at noon, just in time to taste a delicious traditional lunch.
After checking-in around 3 p.m. Clients may have the chance to trek till “Horca Del Inca” a place where ancient Andean energy is present and Copacabana may be seen at its best. Later the same day before sunset, a climb is needed, so we can see the beautiful sunset scenery from Copacabana´s Calvary by 6 p.m.
Day 2:
After breakfast, take a boat to “Isla del Sol” then walk on the Inca stairway and drink water directly from the Fountain of Eternal Youth. At night, stay at a local hostel on top of sun island where both parts of the lake will be seen. Dinner and rest at night.
Day 3:
Start the day off with a nice breakfast. Take a walk to visit Pilcocaina’s ruins (Temple of the Sun) and quite some chances to get amazing pictures, then head back to Copacabana by boat, have local lunch, then choose between a bus to Puno or return to La Paz city.
